Due to COVID-19 Precautions & Mandates:

Our Mental Health Outpatient Clinic and Family Resources have transitioned to telehealth services. Prescribers, counselors or case managers have been in contact with patients to set up this option.

Our 500 Central Avenue office will be open to patients requiring injectable meds as follows:
Mondays & Thursdays Only
10:30 AM-1:30 PM

Our Health Homes Care Management has transitioned to telehealth services. Case managers have been in contact with patients to set up this option.

Our PROS program has reopened in-person! To protect our participants and staff from the spread of COVID-19, we are following strict guidelines, including: temperature taking, health screening, wearing masks, social distancing, staggered group times, and disinfecting facilities. We are happy to welcome back our PROS clients and provide in-person treatment and support.

As with any chronic illness, understanding a mental illness and getting symptoms under control is vital to recovery, and is the primary goal of our clinical programs.

Equinox’s clinical outpatient mental health services, located at 500 Central Ave., are licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health and are open to adults with serious mental illness. Our trained and dedicated staff includes social workers, professional counselors, nurses, and psychiatrists.
