Sabrina Mosseau
Sabrina Mosseau BS, RN, OCN is an experienced C-Suite director, and currently the Regional Director of Novartis, an innovative medicines company. She’s spent decades in healthcare leadership, including New York Oncology Hematology and Samaritan Hospital, after a decade long career as a registered nurse. Her work has enabled patients from across the Capital Region to access care that is more seamless, comprehensive, and conducive to whole-person wellness, breaking down barriers to care.
Sabrina also lives a vibrant philanthropic life, leading a team in the creation and execution of the Visions of Strength annual event, an event that raises over $750,000 each year towards support groups, yoga classes, massage therapy, cooking classes, wig/makeup application, and support for fertility treatments free of charge to cancer patients across the Capital Region. The Visions of Strength event benefits the Karen L. Mosseau fund, named after Sabrina’s late mother, a cancer patient herself, and a survivor of Domestic Violence.
Sabrina will be sharing a deeply personal and moving story about her own relationship with Inter-Personal Violence. Sabrina calls her mother her hero, as she bravely sought help from organizations like Equinox and eventually found peace and security. Growing up in a household of abuse, assault, and food insecurity, Sabrina is driven to help the children and families living in those conditions. Sabrina connects personally with the work of Equinox Inc. and is thankful for the support that Equinox provides to thousands of individuals like her mother and her family every year.
