Community Partners Spread Compassion and Relief During COVID-19! Equinox is so grateful to be among many essential non-profits to receive a $10,000 grant through the Community Impact Fund sponsored by The Community Foundation of the Greater Capital Region and United Way. Our gratitude extends to all the individuals, families, organizations and businesses who contributed to this timely fund. This grants provides much relief to offset unexpected costs associated with this public health crisis, including purchase of masks, gloves and disinfectant supplies necessary to protect our frontline staff and clients—particularly those who work and live in our domestic violence shelter, transitional living program for homeless youth, and our adult mental health and recovery residences. Thank you for being our “heroes” and providing us with peace of mind.
