NYS Department of Labor Supports Albany Homeless Youth
Thanks to a $300,000 grant from the NYS Department of Labor, homeless youth in our Transitional Living Program (TLP) will receive comprehensive career and education counseling. TLP Case Managers will help each youth identify educational and/or career goals and create a roadmap to achieving their goals, including opportunities for job shadowing, apprenticeships and internships; field trips to career information fairs, college information fairs, and visits to colleges and vocational programs.
